We can source demographic and activity data for a specific service and use these to produce simple predictive models to support your service planning.

These work best when there is active involvement from the clinicians and managers involved in the service concerned. As part of the process out team work closely with them to generate the key assumptions that underpin the calculations within the model.  We conduct sensitivity analyses around these key assumptions to understand the potential impact that each specific input can have to the models’ predictions.

We will then work in facilitated workshops or small sessions to explore the impact of, for example, potential shifts in services, demographic changes or new technologies.
